Gift cards can be used in our physical stores and at our online shop. When you buy a gift card, you will receive a receipt with your card with a password. This password must be used if you want to use the gift card to buy online. The gift card is valid for five years from the date of issue.
The gift card can be redeemed for cash in our stores against payment of a handling fee of DKK 50. Gift cards with a balance of less than DKK 50 can thus not be redeemed for cash. A gift card is a bearer certificate, and can be equated with banknotes and coins. This means that if it is lost or otherwise lost, it cannot be replaced. It is therefore always the person who is in possession of the gift card who will also be able to redeem it.
